Short Term Rental Management Services

Our services include:

- Turnover of entire unit to get it ready and prepped for next guest. Cleaning up messes, re-organizing furniture and items, replacing dirty sheets and pillowcases with professionally laundered linens, replacing dirty towels with fresh clean ones.

- Professional cleaning of all dirty linens and towels

- Handling all communication with guest

- Handling small maintenance items (<15 mins, for example to replace a burnt out light bulb)

- Advising on ways to improve listing

- Managing multiple channels (airbnb, vrbo, homeaway, booking.com)

- We are local so we know the area and where to direct guests if they have a question where to eat or go in the area.

Please note, for larger maintenance items that take more than 15 minutes up to an hour, we will cover labor if you purchase the part. For maintenance items over an hour, we bill our time ($40/hr) plus parts with no markup on parts.
